Red corn tortillas stuffed with your choice of cheese, Seasoned Chicken, Tex Mex, Mild Mex or Machaca Beef, rolled to order and smothered in Mexico Joe’s rich ‘n’ delicious enchilada sauce and bubblin’ hot cheese. Served with Mexico Joe’s delicious rice and refried beans and our homemade chips and fresh salsas.  Two enchiladas per person.

Make a reservation and we will set up your fiesta in the “Hole In The Wall.” All items are presented buffet style with chips and salsas at all the tables. Appetizers can be added to any buffet. Buffets can be packaged for pick-up. 20 person minimum on all buffet set-ups.

We have seated service options as well. We can serve Chipotle Chicken Caesar Salad, Pineapple Salsa Chicken, Santa Fe Chicken, soup or a custom order. We can arrange a soup and salad bar as well.
