Chimichurri Steak & Veggie Fajitas-Tender marinated flank steak, sauteed zucchini & summer squash served on a bed of green bell peppers & onions.  Finished with an Argentinean Chimichurri puree.  We serve it with guacamole, sour cream, pico de gallo, cheese, lettuce, homemade flour tortillas, rice & beans.

July 4th Only-Red, White & Blue Enchiladas-One "Red" Old School Enchilada, One "White" Sour Cream Enchilada & One Sonoran "Blue" Corn Enchilada served with rice & beans.
